The Brief

Shannon Mowday came to us in search of a brand that would launch her on to the jazz scene as a female artist with elegance and style, combined with a ‘take no prisoners’ attitude.

Our Response

We approached the brand design by drawing inspiration from her South African roots and listening to Shannon’s eclectic style of music.
The logo evolved as a unique illustration that encompasses classical lines and grungey vectors with an uplifting, confident identification.

The Result

Shannon’s brand immediately promoted her as a marketable artist, with the design applied to her CD artwork.
