The Brief
Vic’s Premium Quality Meat asked for a site, which would have more personality than your average butcher.
Not hard when you are working with a brand, which has more character in its left hoof than your regular providore!
Our Response
The site had a detailed list of criteria to meet, which meant developing with integrated technologies.
We knew that each month there would be more and more interactive requirements based around choice products.
In order to keep the site kicking along, we utilised Flash to showcase new promotions in the hero area.
The site has had everything from interactive games to 3D video content to sponsored promos.
The site was built as a patchwork framework to accommodate a shifting marketplace.
The Result
The site is now almost 6 years old yet continues to evolve every quarter.
In 2008 the site won an ‘Outstanding Achievement’ IMA Award for its design and execution.
